I stayed in the place for a month and they cleaned the room, there was no water in the bathroom, the maintenance staff never came, I couldn't take a bath, I couldn't relieve myself, I don't recommend it, for the same price there are other places in Keep.

Incluye el hospedaje un desayuno sencillo de huevos al gusto, yogurt con granola o cereal con leche y café, en su área de restaurante. Tienen un área de negocios, y un pequeño salón. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, y las camas firmes y cómodas. El servicio de limpieza se hace a diario. Los recepcionistas son amables y ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. El servicio en restaurante es bueno y de calidad. Su ubicación es muy buena, con acceso rápido a avenidas principales y enfrente de un supermercado. Disfruté mucho mi estancia y lo veo como un hotel con excelente relación calidad precio. Deifinitivamente volvería. I went to Torreón and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. It is a very new hotel, with quality service at an affordable price. The lobby is very nice. The lodging includes a simple breakfast of eggs to taste, yogurt with granola or cereal with milk and coffee, in its restaurant area. They have a business area, and a small lounge. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are firm and comfortable. Cleaning service is done daily. The receptionists are friendly and help with anything you need. The restaurant service is good and quality. Its location is very good, with quick access to main avenues and in front of a supermarket. I really enjoyed my stay and see it as a hotel with excellent value for money. I would definitely go back.

Lo único que no me agradó fueron los espacios pequeños, el baño dentro de la habitación es reducido. El desayuno es sabroso. Cuenta con cable, Internet y aire acondicionado. Tiene gimnasio y sala de juntas Individuales qué puedes usar. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque el jabón qué estaba en la habitación estaba viejo y/o usado ya qué tenia grumos como leche cortada. It is a very good experience, the hotel has new facilities. The attention of the staff is very good. Breakfast is enough to be satisfied. Breakfast is tasty. It has cable, Internet and air conditioning. It has a gym and individual meeting room that you can use. I don't give it 5 stars because the soap that was in the room was old and/or used and because it had lumps like curdled milk.
