★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is very clean. The employees are not very helpful when you don’t speak Spanish. I stayed there 6 nights and I normally don’t complain about things. But sometimes I was annoyed of their behavior. Room maids were very good at what they do. There is a restaurant and supposed to be free breakfast. They found ways to charge for it. There was suppose to be a shuttle from the airport but there wasn’t.
From the airport take the metro to Revolucion on the blue line. It’s well situated from attractions. The best way to get about is the metro. It works per ride. Each ride was approximately $0.27cents. They are very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel with good dining options and many attractions nearby. The rooms are small but clean with all amenities in working order. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear most everything. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. The staff is helpful if called upon but do not go out of their way to great or even acknowledge you. I don't believe their customer service training is a focal point. One morning for breakfast I stood at the restaurant entrance waiting for a table. Several servers walked past me completely ignoring me. I walked to a nearby cafe and had breakfast there instead. Good place to stay for a few days but don't expect more than a clean place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 2 nights and the room was comfortable and cozy. The wifi was bad and the hotel only has a restaurant in the morning available. Definitely close to a lot of places walking distance
