★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor covid measurements, one of the elevator was not working, even the hotel crew was not following their own measurements for the maximum people allowed in the elevator, we were forced to use the stairs, the room had an excesive oddor to moisture, and the cleanliness on bathroom and carpet was really poor. I do not recommed this hotel, I have had better experiences in cheaper hotels like City Express.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are small and so are the bathrooms plus you dont get any privacy in your own bathroom. Food was okay and so were the beds, but i wouldn't stay more than one night here. Perhaps only to watch the games from the top floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location for the hotel, is helpful to visit another places and to walk to downtown, rooms are comfortable despite bathroom is in a weird location, the included breakfast is good enough. The only issue was the air conditioner was not working in the day and one speaker with noise even when was disconnected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and amazing view! The portabello mushrooms and the empanadas are fantastic. Worth a stop to grab a bite to eat and watch the sunset over Leon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a room on the 8th floor with an AMAZING view!! Everything was cleaned, and comfortable beds. We accidentally booked the room one day short and got a call when we got in the room. They’re were very cool and respectful and charged us the same price of the extra day. Some hotels would even take your stuff out or charge you more, but not this one. I stayed there for 5 days and highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best option to sleep when attending only for the footbal match. Restaurant at top floor offers great view to the field of the stadium. Room was comfortable. AC is a saver, as León is really hot. Cable TV did not work properly
