★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!! Por muy barato que sea no vale la pena pagar por esa pocilga!! Nosotros entramos y salimos para no volver!!! Además de viejo es un hotel sucio!! La habitación que nos asignaron tenía la taza del baño sucia del huésped anterior. Así como entramos salimos a buscar otro hotel. NO LO RECOMIENDO!!
Le doy una estrella porque lo pide el sistema para proceder con la opinión, pero sería una estrella menos zero!!!
 Horrible!!! As cheap as it is, it is not worth paying for that pigsty! We go in and out never to return! Besides being old it is a dirty hotel !! The room we were assigned had the previous guest's dirty toilet. Just as we entered we went out to find another hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
I give it a star because the system asks for it to proceed with the opinion, but it would be one star minus zero !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera habitación que nos dieron, no encendió el ventilador. Cuando les comentamos ésto a la recepción nos dijeron que no funciona y ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación.
De la segunda habitación que nos dieron, los colchones están muy viejos, son muy duros por el uso y ya no son cómodos.
Es un hotel clásico emblemático de Rioverde, justo en la plaza principal!, pero ha caído en el abandono y sufre la falta del mantenimiento más básico.
The first room they gave us, they didn't turn on the fan. When we brought this up to reception, they told us it didn't work and offered to change rooms.
From the second room they gave us, the mattresses are very old, they are very hard from use and they are no longer comfortable.
It is an emblematic classic hotel in Rioverde, right in the main square !, but it has fallen into disrepair and suffers from the lack of the most basic maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un Hotel muy bonito pero muy caro ,se le hizo una remodelación bastante buena pero creo yo que el precio es algo excesivo, a parte te cobran el 2.5 % por el pago con tarjeta cuando no debería de hacer ese cargo , recuerden que ya se puede efectuar una queja mediante Profeco por ese cargo extra.
It is a very nice but very expensive Hotel, it had a pretty good remodeling but I think the price is somewhat excessive, apart from that they charge you 2.5% for the card payment when you should not make that charge, remember that I already know You can make a complaint through Profeco for that extra charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel se ve recién remodelado, así que está muy bonito, la decoracion sencilla y sobria.
En la habitación donde nos hospedamos de la refrigeración caía agua, no nos dimos cuenta, salimos a comer y cuando regresamos había un gran charco de agua en nuestra habitación,se mojo nuestras pertenencias... el joven encargado de recepción, amablemente nos cambió de habitación... en la otra habitación no tuvimos percances.
El servicio de la persona de recepción es muy atento.
The hotel looks recently remodeled, so it is very nice, the decoration is simple and sober.
In the room where we stayed, water fell from the refrigeration, we did not realize it, we went out to eat and when we returned there was a large puddle of water in our room, our belongings got wet ... the young man in charge of reception kindly changed us room... in the other room we had no mishaps.
The service of the reception person is very attentive.

Está hotel lo tiene todo, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero bastantes acojedoras y limpias.
La ubicación es lo mejor de todo está frente a la plaza rodeado de diversos establecimientos (farmacias, bancos, restaurantes, heladerías)
Todo a menos de 150 metros.
Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas y cuentan con servicio de elevador el personal es amable y educado.

This hotel has it all, the rooms are small but quite cozy and clean.
The location is the best of all, it is in front of the square surrounded by various establishments (pharmacies, banks, restaurants, ice cream parlors)
All less than 150 meters.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable and they have elevator service the staff is friendly and polite.
