★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you find yourself in Orizaba this hotel is a very nice place to stay. The prices are moderate the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. It is located conveniently in the downtown area and there is parking available. Also the restaurant connected with the hotel serves delicious Mexican food for breakfast lunch or dinner with many specialty items. Prices are moderate in the restaurant the proportions are large the restrooms are clean and the staff is very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in this hotel for the last 5 years. Iy has a very friendly staff and love the improvement in the hotel. They add an elevator and the suits an floor 2 are very comfy for 2 - people. They have Jacuzzi. I always stay in suit one with view to the inside. With the suit you get a voucher for a little continental breakfast ( toast, orange juice, tea or coffe. I course you can have any breakfast that you want and pay the difference. Very clean and affordable. Cleaning staff are so nice and helpful.

I booked an extra day of which I did not need, the hotel refunded me the money with no questions asked,something I did not expect but appreciated very much.
I highly recommend this well located hotel for your stay in Orizaba.
