Everyone in our group is suffering from bed bugs. There are other hotels in the area so please do some investigation and don't stay in this hell hole...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in the bathroom was broken and they didn´t wanted to change my room. It took a complete whole day to fix it and the staff was not friendly at all. Really poor breakfast and staff were not helpfull at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is fine. But, they ruined the experience by charging my credit card more than the amount in my reservation from Booking.com. The clerk stated the additional amount was for taxes and a double room. However, my confirmation shows the original amount includes taxes and is based on a double room. Booking.com attempted to contact the hotel. The hotel ignored them. Of course, I will dispute the charge submitted. Update: Booking.com refunded the difference to mt credit card.
