★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por un problema médico de mi abuelo y me quedé hospedado en el Hotel Portales.
Pongo 5/5 ya que esta ubicado por el Zócalo donde es la parada de TuriBus y hay restaurantes y comidas rapidas fav. de la gente como Dominós, Burger King, etc.
Dormí cómodo cuando me hospede las cama están muy alcolchonadas y te traen tu carro entre 5-15 minutos.
No probé el servicio pero muy amables recepcionistas y amas de las llaves ?.
Esta son imágenes del TuriBus y de la Iglesia de Cholula para que no hagan recorrido largo. JAJAJAJAJ
 I went for a medical problem of my grandfather and I stayed at the Hotel Portales.
I put 5/5 since it is located by the Zócalo where the TuriBus stop is and there are restaurants and fast food fav. from people like Dominos, Burger King, etc.
I slept comfortably when I stayed, the beds are very padded and they bring your car between 5-15 minutes.
Didn't try the service but very friendly receptionists and housekeepers ?.
These are images of the TuriBus and the Church of Cholula so they don't make a long journey. HAHAHAHA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cama muy cómoda. Y el desayuno buffet también muy rico. Doy 4 estrellas ya que cierran la puerta principal del hotel y tienes que esperar a qué te abran. Había salido a cenar y de regreso oh sorpresa el hotel cerrado y no nos avisaron.
Very comfortable bed. And the buffet breakfast is also very rich. I give 4 stars as they close the main door of the hotel and you have to wait for it to open for you. He had gone out to dinner and on his return, oh surprise, the hotel closed and they did not notify us.
