★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very basic but good for the price. Enrique deserves 5 stars because he was really friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, small, comfortable and close to restaurants and the Malecon. And, there was indoor parking for the bike. Had to drive out through the lobby but that wasn't too bad.
However, the room had barely been cleaned. It looked okay but the sheets hadn't been changed and the floor was grubby.
Yes, I'd stay there again but I'd inspect the room thoroughly first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would leave no star. We booked a room for 60 usd a night. We picked up the keys, went in our room and were shocked! Dirty, small, suicide shower. Just crazy. They should pay people to stay there instead of charging for that. We tried to get our money back and were fighting for two hours with the staff and booking.com. Save your money, don’t go there. Instead we went to The Melville boutique hotel a couple of streets up. 65 usd per night, one bedroom apartment and super sweet hotel.
