★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo que forzosamente pidan la credencial de elector y peor quedarse con ella, una va a monterrey precisamente a hacer trámites legales y es obvio que la credencial es necesaria en todo trámite legal y la empleada de recepción no quería regresarme la credencial que porque eran políticas del hotel quedarse con las credenciales de la gente hasta abandonar el cuarto que porque la gente se roba cosas, como si una tuviera la culpa de que no tengan la seguridad necesaria para impedir que la gente se lleve cosas, por uno la llevan todos .. no se que sueldo les darán a las empleadas para que tengan tanta amargura y pocas ganas de atender.. ademas de que es ilógico e ilegal que a fuerza el gerente de dicho hotel imponga a sus empleadas que se queden con las credenciales.. tuve que irme a hospedar a otro hotel porque la empleada aferrada a no querer entregarme la credencial
 It is terrible that they forcefully ask for the voter's credential and worse stay with it, one goes to Monterrey precisely to do legal procedures and it is obvious that the credential is necessary in all legal procedures and the reception clerk did not want to return the credential because they were political of the hotel to keep the credentials of the people until they leave the room that because people steal things, as if one were to blame for not having the necessary security to prevent people from taking things, for one they all carry it ... I do not know what salary they will give to the employees so that they have so much bitterness and little desire to attend .. besides that it is illogical and illegal for the manager of said hotel to force his employees to keep the credentials .. I had to go to stay at another hotel because the employee clinging to not wanting to give me the credential

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan fumigar me entregaron una toalla en mal estado ( rota ) el internet no funciona. Y te atienden de mala gana como si nos hicieran el favor de rentar el cuarto y no permite reservaciones las instalaciones esta en buenas condiciones solo esos detalles
They need to fumigate they gave me a towel in bad condition (broken) the internet does not work. And they treat you reluctantly as if they were doing us the favor of renting the room and they do not allow reservations, the facilities are in good condition, only those details

I think this place looks clean but it is one of the busiest places and it almost never has rooms I think I will have to check it again

The price is very good, rooms are clean, nice big comfortable bed, hot water (even though it took me a bit to figure out how to work it) it seemed very safe even though some people said the area is not the greatest at night (its near a lot of bars and girls walking haha) Also the wifi was difficult to connect to but worked ok once i got on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not fancy but it has what you need if you're looking for a quick and cheap solution. It has A/C, cable, hot water and you can walk to and from the bus terminal. The MacroPlaza and Interplaza/Cinepolis are only a short Uber ride away. (40 pesos or 2 USD)
My advice would be to bring your own towel and small blanket because the ones provided to me were unsatisfactory. The doorknob to my room was loose so I had trouble unlocking the door when getting in.
I was also told that the surrounding area is dangerous at night. I'm from the US but I blend in when in Mexico. However, anyone else can just Uber from the front door like I did.
It only cost me 300 pesos (14 USD). I was only in Monterrey for 1 night so this spot worked for me. However if you're on a business trip or honeymoon, I would definitely recommend going to a nicer place.
