★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy agradable si deseas estar cerca del centro historico y tener opciones de turismo cerca creo que es una buena opción a mi llegada la srta Cony me brindó la información necesaria solo le faltaría un poco de más amenidades como tv x cable etc entre otras pero muy bueno nada de ruido mi descanso fue lo que busqué y si lo encontré costo valor muy bien dentro de lo cotizado
 It is a very pleasant place if you want to be close to the historic center and have tourism options nearby. I think it is a good option upon my arrival, Ms. Cony gave me the necessary information, she would only lack a little more amenities such as cable TV, etc. but very good no noise my rest was what I looked for and if I found it cost value very well within the quoted price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia en este hotel, no lo recomiendo. Aparentemente el hotel se veía limpio. Solo me quedé una noche y fue suficiente para no querer volver a este lugar. La cama estaba llena de chinches, no pude dormir nada por qué a cada rato salía una y otra chinche. Obvio no asean las habitaciones y se me hace un peligro sobre todo en esta situación que estamos pasando por la pandemia.
Very bad experience in this hotel, I do not recommend it. Apparently the hotel looked clean. I only stayed one night and it was enough that I didn't want to go back to this place. The bed was full of bedbugs, I could not sleep at all because each time a bedbug came out. Obviously they do not clean the rooms and it makes me a danger especially in this situation that we are going through the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The picture is the view from our room(#2). Clean, hot water, free WiFi, cable, 2 blocks from the zocalo and 400 pesos(20 bucks+/-) a night. Puebla rocks tambien!!!
