Very good for breakfast, the food is very rich and the menu has traditional Zacatecan dishes, the portions are good, it is not super abundant, but it is good. The place has a historical context, it is worth asking the managers. The bread is from the house, it is worth trying it together with the café de olla.

The worst experience of my traveling life; On that trip, my father contracted a travel service (tourist travel Domingez / from Yucatan) to Guanajuato as it was a premium package. And it wasn't a disaster Speaking of the hotel, we arrived there at night, the reception seemed old, as they gave us room location, properly carrying our suitcases up the stairs, I do not feel comfortable (as if it were the hotel of death) the room was not what I expected for the package tourist. Hard beds. Old things (and not vintage type) a tiny TV. I went to see my father about what we are going to do and he told me that it is too late to look for another hotel. And it would only be one night but he's already disgusted you're there. I saw that it had a window when I opened it I would say to a wall with bars. We also told him that we do not seek control We went to the reception and they charged us 100 for the deposit of each control. There we saw other travelers complain about other things. We went back to our rooms and I saw a cockroach in my bed. It was saved and I didn't return it, the control didn't work and the TV didn't work with the buttons. At reception they changed us to a room that was just as ugly and had a TV but there was nothing interesting to watch. That room had a window when I see it I see metal pipes, PVC and copper on the wall. From there could be some noises that I kept hearing. That day 2 days had passed without bathing and my mother told me that it was necessary because she did not know where the next lodging will be. Entering the bathroom I see that the entire structure of pipes was external pipes coming out of the walls everywhere and different. A bucket caught the drops of a pipe that fell from it. The light seemed to dim at times. That whole experience felt like a SILENT HILL hotel. At least the water pipe was working. Their system was complicated to use but I'm glad I finished, when I finished I asked my little brother to pass me my towel (I don't remember if you also had to pay for the towels and I liked them). We saw something on TV. Until my little brother was able to sleep, I stood guard for almost 2 hours, in case something happened and I fell asleep. In the morning feeling still tired I was very excited to leave. At reception they wanted to make a guest pay for another control because they also changed his room and left the other one inside the room. Or something like that. Listening to the experience of others, it turns out that a woman was sent to the same room where they took us away because the TV was not working. In terms of service, it was nothing like that. I really do not recommend this place at all. I feel great relief to consider that I will not return.

Excellent price. Central. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. And above all, an elevator, very practical for those of us who bring a lot of luggage. Be careful with the remote control, they ask for a deposit and the water heats up takes a long time to come out. But in everything else, no complaints.
