Horrible attention, this place is not recommended, the Administration woman has a terrible attention, the hotel, it is understood that it is not 5 stars but they do not meet even the minimum, there is no water or to bathe, I had to finish bathing with bottled water that I had, and the only response from the Hotel was, that is not my problem. The Administration woman has a horrible treatment towards the guests, and then they try to keep the deposit for alleged "stains on the sheets". We came as a group and the deposit that was made was quite a large amount. Really if they come to Oaxaca DO NOT STAY HERE. The place is very bad for the price, dirty rooms since the bed had hairs, bathrooms with certain hours of hot water, rooms without curtains and all the light comes in from outside and is annoying at night. In the photos it looks nice but the reality is nothing to see.

I loved the place, very spacious and comfortable rooms, clean and beautiful, it has a colonial style. The staff is very friendly, always attentive to what we ask of them. Its location is great because it is central and we can move quickly. Super recommended !!

Excellent service, care and health training by the staff. The cost of the rooms are accessible and in this time we are living from COVID clean rooms, furniture and toilets. The super central location a few blocks from the November 20 market and the capital's cathedral. Everything very close. We highly recommend staying at the hotel.
