L	Luis Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo casi 4 años viniendo dos dias al mes y lamento decir que no ha mejorado, el wi-fi cada vez está peor, se desconecta cada 5 min, no puedes trabajar en línea, nunca hay agua caliente, siempre tienes que hablar en recepción para que la pongan, las camas creo que ya hay que cambiarlas al menos los cuartos 4,8,2 urge. S	Sofia Nataly Nava Alonzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el precio supongo no puedo esperar gran cosa pero dijeron que era uno de los mejores en tekax. sin embargo no tienen cable,ni wifi y comentaron en un inicio tener ese servicio... no te dan papel higienico,shampo ni nada y cuando pedi toallas me estaban dando toallas mojadas literal sacadas de la lavadora y la recepcionista no pudo solucionar y tampoco tuvo la intención de hacerlo me dijo q esperará al dueño. En fin opté por mejor irme a otro hotel. For the price I guess I can't expect much but they said it was one of the best in tekax. However, they have no cable, no Wi-Fi and they said they had that service at the beginning ... they do not give you toilet paper, shampoo or anything and when I asked for towels they were giving me wet towels literally taken out of the washing machine and the receptionist could not solve and neither He intended to do so. He told me he will wait for the owner. Finally I chose to go to another hotel.
