No discount at the restaurant.
No bar.
Only 2 towels in your bathroom.
I was given 2 remotes for the AC and none for the TV until I called the office.
Staff are unaware of the festivities which this town is famous for and are going on at this time.
No refrigerator, microwave, or coffee pot in the room.
