★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not stay there, but friends and I used it as meeting and staging place for exploring San Carlos. We also had some of our party stay there. The place is clean, well appointed, and the staff gracious, bilingual, and helpful. The plaza has great restaurants, shops and vendors. Boats are available and the hotel helped arrange one for us.
