La falta de la quinta estrella en mí calificación es por la incomodidad del acceso a las habitaciones y a la Recepción. Hay que subir dos pisos para llegar a ella, para luego subir ó bajar otro piso o pisos más para acceder a los cuartos. Un aspecto extraño, pero así está configurada la arquitectura de éste hotel. La incomodidad se extiende si es que te alojas con una maleta grande. Las escaleras hacia ó desde los cuartos no son muy amplias que digamos, así que buena suerte con tús traslados. Otro aspecto a considerar son los detalles en la habitación. El mobiliario, las sábanas, el televisor, son viejos. También resulta inconveniente la cantidad de enchufes eléctricos si se alojan dos personas. No hay un teléfono para llamar a la recepción desde tú cuarto. Son detalles que incomodan tú estadía, sobre todo si acostumbras hospedarte en hoteles de mayor calidad. Sin embargo y como menciono, el costo en módico. Pagas muy poco por tu estancia y el lugar es seguro y hasta cómodo. Hay agua caliente y la iluminación es la adecuada. No cuenta con aire acondicionado, pero tiene una cobija extra dentro del clóset si hace frío. Dudo que haga calor en Ciudad Sahagún, por lo que no pienso que sea necesario aire acondicionado frío o un ventilador (ó abanico como también se le conoce). La ventana de la habitación que ocupé, se encontraba muy alta y es muy pequeña, lo que me lleva a pensar que si padeces de claustrofobia ó tú acompañante sufre del mismo problema, mejor busca otro lado. You get what you pay for. It is a very quiet place and with a reasonable price or cost. The lack of the fifth star in my rating is due to the inconvenience of access to the rooms and the Reception. You have to go up two floors to get to it, and then go up or down another floor or floors to access the rooms. A strange aspect, but this is how the architecture of this hotel is configured. The discomfort extends if you stay with a large suitcase. The stairs to or from the rooms are not very wide to say the least, so good luck with your transfers. Another aspect to consider is the details in the room. The furniture, the sheets, the television, are old. The number of electrical outlets is also inconvenient if two people are staying. There is no phone to call the reception from your room. These are details that make your stay uncomfortable, especially if you usually stay in higher quality hotels. However, as I mentioned, the cost is modest. You pay very little for your stay and the place is safe and even comfortable. There is hot water and the lighting is adequate. It does not have air conditioning, but has an extra blanket in the closet if it is cold. I doubt that it is hot in Ciudad Sahagún, so I do not think that cold air conditioning or a fan (or fan as it is also known) is necessary. The window of the room I occupied was very high and very small, which leads me to think that if you suffer from claustrophobia or your companion suffers from the same problem, better look elsewhere.

Le doy 3 estrellas por lo del wifi, subir y bajar escaleras, y la falta de un estacionamiento propio?pero "SI LO RECOMIENDO" The friendliness of the staff is something to mention, there are no routers so that the wifi can reach all the rooms well, the hotel structure is very confusing, so if you do not have much condition you will suffer going up and down floors, but it is cheap. ..
