Un Hotel modesto pero limpio, para descansar está bien, es tranquilo, y el precio es justo por lo que ofrece

Hotel nada fuera de lo común, habitaciones pequeñas y descuidadas aparte la ubicación no permite un rápido acceso hasta que cruzas el río, en fin le falta mantenimiento, eso sí es muy económico

Pésimo lugar; nada recomendable. Fallas en la instalación eléctrica, en mi habitación, para encender la luz necesitabas juntar dos cables; poniendo en peligro a los mas pequeños de la familia. Tienen televisión la cual no tiene ningún canal. Y en cuanto al servicio de agua caliente, estuvo totalmente ausente. Nada recomendable. Era uno de los mejores de Tulcingo, y vuelvo a decir "era". Busquen otra opción.

Ya no hay internet y lo básico bien.

Tienen los cuartos muy encerrados casi no tienen bentilacion y por eso se encierra la calor.

Mal servicio con el chavo que atiende en la noche!!! En el transcurso de la madrugada de este martes me robó mi celular!! Le comenté al chavo que cubre el turno de el día y me comentó que ya ha pasado con otras personas y me di cuenta que el chavo se mete a los cuartos!! Ojalá y lo sepa el dueño y lo corra porque ya no se puede no dormir tranquilo si entraba a robarte !!!

Beware everyone! Before staying here, make sure you ask how much they are charging per night & get a receipt!!! I stayed here in February 2022 & the lady behind the desk said our total due was $1800mxn/6 nights/per room. It was our fault for being in a rush and not asking many questions, we just wanted a room to freshen up in from the ride there. We booked 2 rooms, and paid $100 usd. Which she told us would cover one room and said we could pay the balance the day we checked out, when I asked for a receipt she said they didn’t give receipts but all transactions were in their “book”. 3 nights into our stay she came knocking on our door asking we pay off the balance “now”, another $1800mxn. I did not appreciate being charged ahead of time, plus she said she was giving us a discount, trying to pressure me into paying ASAP. My husband and I went to the lobby later that day, and the owner and another man were at the desk. Upon a bit of back n forth we were told they charge $200mxn/night! So she was overcharged us $600mxn/room! The owner was very polite and did his best to correct the charges. But overall not a good experience. The rooms were basic, hard Mattress, hard pillows, thin rag like towels, no hot water in the mornings, at least the AC worked after having to request another room because the first room’s AC did not turn on.
