Although the location is good and they let me store my things there after checking out, the experience has been quite uncomfortable. No hot water comes out, the room is all full of damp and the walls are chipped, the pillow is a hard piece of foam, my room was full of ants and I had to ask them for insecticide twice and instead of worrying about the comfort of one customer, they only worried about whether she returned the insecticide to them. The bathroom is not in good condition and there is no door or anything to separate it from the bed and it smells bad. I think it is a place with a lot of potential, but very neglected and the receptionist treats you reluctantly, as if she was doing you a favor by staying. It's a shame because by taking more care of cleaning and taking into account details such as that there is no water, the toilet does not have a cover and it is not pleasant to sleep next to an open toilet, they could improve a lot because the location is very good and the distribution of the rooms around the patio makes it very special.
