Al regresar al cuarto alas 10pm la señorita ya tenía cerrada la puerta con candado las luces apagadas tocamos el timbre infinidad de veces le marcamos a su celular y jamás contestó... Empezó a llover nos mojamos todo .. pésimo horrible servicio... Al final sale diciendo que se estaba bañando....nose.. para mí ha sido la peor atención que eh recibido por el pago de una habitación de hotel.... We already had a reservation.
