Hotel with 100% colonial facilities, not for that and without neglecting, cleanliness in all aspects, towels are changed daily, comfortable beds, very good Wi-Fi service, spacious rooms, costs that are really thought for your pocket; attentive staff upon arrival of the guests. It was a wonderful experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Antencion de los empleados es muy mala, incluso uno de ellos no quiso proporcionar su nombre y menciono que nos arreglarnos como quisiera ( también ese mismo empleado proporciono información de mi estadía a un desconocido ). Al correo de facturación solicite que proporcionaran el número o alguien con quién pudiera tratar está situación y no han dado respuesta. Procedere a facultades legales.

The attention of the employees is very bad, even one of them did not want to provide his name and mentioned that we could arrange ourselves as he wanted (also that same employee provided information about my stay to a stranger). To the billing email I asked them to provide the number or someone with whom I could deal with this situation and they have not responded. I will proceed to legal faculties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio del personal, es pequeño por lo que no hay ruidos, las habitaciones son pequeñas, y con una ventana pequeña que no alcanzaba a ventilar y refrescar la habitación, teníamos que abrir la puerta para que entrara viento fresco, pero como no hay muchas personas pues ni siquiera fue molesto, la verdad estuvimos muy agusto. Está a 2 calles del centro, muy práctico para ir caminando.
Very good service from the staff, it is small so there is no noise, the rooms are small, and with a small window that was not enough to ventilate and cool the room, we had to open the door to let in fresh wind, but since there is no many people because it was not even bothersome, the truth was that we were very comfortable. It is 2 blocks from the center, very practical for walking.
