El precio es un 30% más que otros lugares del mismo tipo, quizás por la ubicación. La cama que me tocó un poco dura, pero es tranquilo para descansar. Su ubicación no es la ideal pero si te sabes mover verás que no está tan lejos de todo. ( Es engañosa) está en zona centro pero en el límite de esta, Al norte cruzando la calle, una zona recidencial poco valorada, no turística, hacia el centro un par de jardines. La atención de personal es muy buena, muy serviciales. Las habitaciones muy sencillas pero limpias. Si no encuentras hospedaje más al centro es una opción. No es un resort, si quieres descansar en un lugar silencioso no es el sitio, el hotel es muy ruidoso ( por la arquitectura, no hay mucha intimidad) Okay, near terminal ADO (buses) does not have parking. It is not a resort, if you want to rest in a quiet place it is not the place, the hotel is very noisy (due to the architecture, there is not much privacy)

Un problema importante fue que quien me recibió en mostrador dijo que "solo efectivo" y no pudo explicarme por qué. Cuando había llamado para ver un detalle, no se me advirtió que solo recibían efectivo. También me dio la impresión de que esta persona estaba supliendo a alguien más. No me gustó el trato, no volveré. Acceptable, but too much noise in the corridor during the early morning, due to the presence of other guests who were having beer. A major problem was that whoever met me at the counter said "cash only" and couldn't explain why. When I had called to see a detail, I was not advised that they only received cash. Jamás regresaría al hotel, falsa publicidad. F	Fabiola Sanjuan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant experience in any way. The staff is super nice and forthcoming. The rooms are clean and new supplies of fresh towels is no problem. There is free drinking water and coffee available so even if you forget to buy water you don't have to be thirsty. The coffee is great. The staff is working according to COVID requirements (wearing masks properly, desinfecting surfaces...). We were traveling by bus, so the location was perfect - near the bus station, but also near the city center. I do recommend this hotel.
