Close to to many shops and good food.
The hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful place. The whole area is so green and beautiful. I really love it and the people are really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little hotel close to the center of San Cristobal. We chose to stay here because it is one of the few places with heating in town, which was definitely a good choice in December. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and charming Christmas decorations when we visited. We loved the breakfast (many options to choose from) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Posada El Zaguan and would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful small hotel near the center. The rooms are smartly furnished and the bed is very comfortable. The tile floors and bathroom are a nice touch. The staff is professional and accommodating. I love it here. Breakfast is included in the price. There is a safe in my room.

Firstly, the location is great, about 5 minutes away from the main square, and a stone throw away to many restaurants, yet in a quiet street.
My room is very cozy. Bed is comfortable. Hot shower is hot, and water pressure is strongz
The hotel is nicely decorated especially at the reception/lobby area and the courtyard.
Breakfast was simple but fulfiling.
The most important feature about this hotel is its staff. Everyone are polite, friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. And this makes a difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. Two thumbs up.
This is an addition to my review. To the smiley senorita staff from the hotel, she’s pleasant and always smiley, and she made my day by giving me a small handicraft of hers that she made. Thank you. And as I said above, what makes a good hotel from a great hotel is the staff and people behind it. Thank you again.
