REINTEGRATE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusto, atención pésima, me dieron un cuarto con 3 camas ellos mismos y me regañaron y que solo podía utilizar una cama o de lo contrario me cobrarian más, cuando solo era una persona, después me dijieron que tenía horario a las 10pm se cerraba y si hiba a llegar tarde tenia que avisar, había insectos en sus habitaciones. Y luego señoras de aun lado creo que del mismo hotel o del hotel a lado, muy groseras cuando se estacionó el carro para la recepción y bajar mis pertenecias, salio enojada ? y que me quitara de ahi, mala imagen y modos para el turismo. La verdad no regresaría, tiene una buena imagen, pero un pésimo servicio ? ? Porque nos hicieron pagar extra para poder tener un closet en la habitación. Muy mala experiencia I just stayed with my family and the lady who attends has a terrible attitude. She is very rude. And the rooms you have to ask if they have a closet. Because they made us pay extra to be able to have a closet in the room. very bad experience
