G	Gerardo Gallegos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentra a la entrada de tepoztlan sobre la carretera antes de llegar a la gasolinera, es pequeño, pero muy agradable, tiene una pequeña alberca y las habitaciones tienen lo básico para pasar la noche. It is located at the entrance of tepoztlan on the road before reaching the gas station, it is small, but very nice, it has a small pool and the rooms have the basics for the night.

Si quieres hospedarse aquí mejor piénselo mil veces!!! Very incompetent and not professional, the reservation we had disappeared the holy spirit and because of their negligence they wanted to accommodate us in a room of a house that according to what was an extension of them, but it was not even a hotel, in my life I would enter this post !! !!!! If you want to stay here, better think a thousand times!
N	Niza Elizondo Liparoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal la atención tuve que cancelar la reserva de inmediato por booking pues ahí no hay existen restricciones para mascotas, llamé directo al hotel solo para asegurarme y no tener sorpresas al llegar y efectivamente muy mala atención telefonica y negandome el servicio de la 3er. Mascota.. espero que agarren la onda y el dueño lea esto para que adviertan a los huespedes sobre las reglas del.hotel antes de hacerte reservar Fatal care I had to cancel the reservation immediately by booking because there are no restrictions for pets, I called the hotel directly just to be sure and have no surprises when I arrived and actually very bad telephone service and denied the service of the 3rd. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, lo único malo fue la señal del WiFi que no era buena, salvo eso todo muy bien. The place is quaint and welcoming, the service is excellent, very friendly and helpful all. The rooms of good size, the only bad thing was the WiFi signal that was not good, except that all very well.

La habitación sin ventilación, tuve que pedir un ventilador, no había ni jabón ni shampoo para bañarse. A mi habitación no llegaba la señal de internet, apenas y un papel del baño. Por el precio no lo vale y entiendo el término rústico pero esto parecía como de abandono. Lamento no recomendarlos y espero que mejoren. I really did not like it. The internet signal, barely and a toilet paper, did not reach my room. For the price it is not worth it and I understand the rustic term but this seemed like abandonment. La habitación deja mucho que desear: la puerta era de "madera" muy delgada y todos los ruidos del pasillo se escuchaban, la televisión muy vieja (vaya! Por el precio uno esperaría algo mejor), no habia ventilador y la circulación del aire era mala por lo que el calor era insoportable, me voy muy decepcionado de este lugar, realmente no regresaré ni lo recomiendo.
