★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar excelentemente ubicado, muy cerca del centro de Tecolutla, a una calle de la terminal ADO, de la playa. Muy limpio, la habitación que ocupamos de 4 personas amplia, el baño un poco pequeño. El inconveniente fué que el primer día hacía demasiado viento y se apagaba el calentador de agua ,nos bañamos con agua helada , también salía olor de las coladeras y se oía cuando utilizaban el baño de la habitación contigua. El trato muy amable por parte de los propietarios, al final nos devolvieron el anticipo porque no ocupamos un día. Café de cortesía de 19:00 a 22:00. Cuenta con alberca. Recomendaría que instalarán aire acondicionado y climatizaran la piscina. Sí volvería a hospedarme ahí.
Excellently located place, very close to the center of Tecolutla, one block from the ADO terminal, from the beach. Very clean, the room that we occupy for 4 people is spacious, the bathroom a bit small. The drawback was that the first day it was too windy and the water heater was turned off, we bathed with ice water, there was also a smell from the drains and it was heard when they used the bathroom in the next room. The very friendly treatment by the owners, in the end they returned the advance because we did not occupy a day. Complimentary coffee from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It has a pool. I would recommend that they install air conditioning and heat the pool. Yes I would stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envié a mis papás de vacaciones y la persona del aseo les tomaba dinero que dejaban (no es la cantidad, es la acción y la confianza).
Habitación muy pequeña.
El costo fue elevado comparándolo con las opciones que vieron mis papás estando allá.
Tardan muchísimo en responder los mensajes para atención al cliente vía WhatsApp.
Definitivamente tomaré otra opción al acudir a vacacionar a Tecolutla.
I sent my parents on vacation and the cleaning person took money that they left (it's not the amount, it's the action and the trust).
Very small room.
The cost was high compared to the options my parents saw while there.
They take a long time to respond to messages for customer service via WhatsApp.
I will definitely take another option when vacationing in Tecolutla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo esperaba más de este hotel, ya que era muy recomendado por quienes ya lo habían visitado. La habitación fue demasiado pequeña, la televisión solo tenia 3 canales y todos de noticias, no había un lugar para poder acomodar la ropa, un closet o algo así... El baño pequeño e incomodo. Sin aire acondicionado. Digamos que sólo cumplió con calificación de un 7.... Seguramente tomaré otra opción cuando regrese a tecolutla. En cuanto a amabilidad de las personas no tengo queja. Espero les sirva esta opinión.
I expected more from this hotel, as it was highly recommended by those who had already visited it. The room was too small, the television only had 3 channels and all news, there was no place to store clothes, a closet or something like that... The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. No air conditioning. Let's say that it only met a rating of 7.... Surely I will take another option when I return to tecolutla. As for the friendliness of the people, I have no complaints. I hope this opinion is useful to you.
