M	Martha Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, qué decepción!! Para un precio de 2900 MX la noche esperaba mucho más. La naturaleza es hermosa alrededor, pero: 1) no hay servicio de restaurant, solo para el desayuno;2) no hay televisión; 3) la alberca del hotel tiene moho y está sucia; 4) aunque dan el desayuno buffet es muy básico. La verdad, no regresaré nuevamente. Nota: en puente el parque acuático se llena excesivamente y ni siquiera caminar por las instalaciones es un placer. Honestly, what a disappointment!! For a price of 2900 MX per night I expected much more. Nature is beautiful around, but: 1) there is no restaurant service, only for breakfast; 2) there is no television; 3) hotel pool is moldy and dirty; 4) Although they do provide the buffet breakfast it is very basic. Honestly, I won't be back again. Note: on bridge the water park becomes excessively crowded and even walking through the facilities is not a pleasure.

Me pareció excesivo el precio por habitación de "hotel rural y spa" La atención, siempre es buena. Las albercas del parque deterioradas y los toboganes solo funcionan dos de ellos. The hotel is nice, we have been visiting it for many years. The room is somewhat deteriorated with a lack of maintenance at first glance. I thought the price per room of "rural hotel and spa" was excessive Attention is always good. Park pools dilapidated and slides only working two of them.

e	edb vista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you keep in mind that this is a rural hotel then it's a great place. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean, visually appealing and comfortable. It was really nice to have access to the water park and still have a hotel only pool available if you wanted it. The only complaint that I would say is the last bit of road up to the hotel almost makes you want to turn around. You would think that a place that has been in business for over 12 years would have done something about the road. That said we would definitely look come come back.
P	P. Rodrigo Montero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's decent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is closed by 5 PM, the pool is nice but crowded. Front desk is terrible, and Karen, the employee, does justice to her name by being rude. Skip, unless there's no room anywhere else.
