S	Steve Bebeto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta ubicado en un buen lugar cerca del centro, las instalaciones son muy limpias. Lo recomiendo mucho. It is located in a good place near the center, the facilities are very clean. I highly recommend it.

Hay una diferencia de $50 por una habitación con televisión o sin ella, vaya TV que me tocó, anexo fotos, el baño con hongos en la pared. Las camas con colchones básicos hoteleros de hace 10 años, los resortes se clavan en la piel. Vaya experiencia tan desagradable. Nunca regreso In the worst hotel in Puebla, the only good thing is that it is central, the room smells very bad, like cat urine. Llegamos al hotel y vimos el cuarto de hotel más feo que he visto, me siento en la cama y trono horrible. Decidimos ignorarlo y salimos a cenar. Regresamos resignadas a pasar la noche ahí y comenzamos a cambiarnos para dormir. La cama estaba llena de chinches así que decidimos cancelar la reservación del restro de días. Airbnb nos regreso poco menos de la mitad del dinero. Unos 10 minutos después el empleado viene con una llamada de la dueña exigiendo que le paguemos la noche o abandonemos la habitación. Por más que se le intento explicar nos hizo dejar la habitación a las 12:30 de la madrugada, haciendo un drama digno de Shakespeare insistiendo en que le habíamos robado por haber cancelado el resto de nuestra estancia. Considerando que pagamos la habitación de las 3 de la tarde del viernes 06 hasta las 12 P.M DEL SÁBADO 07 lo que la dueña del lugar hizo fue desalojo ilegal y robo. La señora tiene una actitud prepotente, grosera y es en general la peor persona que he tenido el infortunio de encontrarme en Puebla. Me gustaría resaltar que si no conoce el funcionamiento de una aplicación evite la molestia de registrar su negocio en dicha aplicación. THE WORST EXPERIENCE We booked a double room for 4 nights through the Airbnb app. We arrived at the hotel and saw the ugliest hotel room I've ever seen, I sit on the horrible bed and throne. We decided to ignore it and went out to dinner. We return resigned to spend the night there and begin to change to sleep. The bed was full of bed bugs so we decided to cancel the reservation for the rest of the days. Airbnb returned us just under half the money. About 10 minutes later the employee comes with a call from the owner demanding that we pay for the night or leave the room. As much as I tried to explain, he made us leave the room at 12:30 in the morning, making a drama worthy of Shakespeare insisting that we had stolen from him for having canceled the rest of our stay. Considering that we paid for the room from 3 in the afternoon on Friday 06 until 12 P.M ON SATURDAY 07, what the owner of the place did was illegal eviction and theft. The lady has an arrogant, rude attitude and is generally the worst person I have had the misfortune to meet in Puebla. I would like to emphasize that if you do not know how an application works, avoid the hassle of registering your business in said application.

No tienen agua caliente y no les importa, las sábanas están sucias, el colchón con los resortes salidos, la tele nunca se pudo prender debido a que estaba descompuesta, el baño se tapaba y ya no hablemos del olor que se percibe antes de entrar a la habitación, como a pies y orines. Por el costo yo solo pedía sábanas limpias y agua caliente para un baño, pero ni eso. El trato indiferente y hasta grosero. Muy mala experiencia. La estrella que pongo, es solo para poder publicar el comentario. Horrible experience! They don't have hot water and they don't care, the sheets are dirty, the mattress with the springs out, the TV could never be turned on because it was broken, the bathroom was clogged and let's not talk about the smell that is perceived before entering the room, like feet and urine. For the cost, I only asked for clean sheets and hot water for a bath, but not even that. Indifferent and even rude treatment. Very bad experience. The star that I put, is only to be able to publish the comment.

The bed is terrible, you can feel all the springs in the matress, the blankets have burn holes, the bathroom is disgusting, the only thing they seen to do is take the garbage out, no hot water ( they say it was 24/7) and wifi only in the recpetion. ?
