★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno por donde empezar, el lugar muy bonito, las habitaciones super hermosas, muy buena atención, el lugar es muy cálido, lastimosamente en la habitación en la cual me todo hospedarme mi cama esta intestada de chinches por lo cual terminé con más de 60 picaduras y ronchas, (no es broma las conté) y eso arruinó por completo la experiencia mi última noche fue la peor de todas por la comezón no pude ni dormir.
 Well where to start, the very beautiful place, the super beautiful rooms, very good service, the place is very warm, unfortunately in the room in which I stay, my bed is intestated with bedbugs for which I ended up with more than 60 bites and hives, (I'm not kidding I counted them) and that completely ruined the experience my last night was the worst of all because of the itching I couldn't even sleep.

The pillow was infested with animals that I don't know what they were, and at night the night table had a big party. I had a lousy night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue excelente, el personal es muy amable y atento, tiene buen punto de ubicación pero en sus habitaciones, por lo menos en la que me asignaron, el colchon estaba muy duro y faltaban contactos para cargar mi lap y telefono
La decoración del Lobby es interesante.
The attention was excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive, it has a good location point but in its rooms, at least in the one assigned to me, the mattress was very hard and there were no contacts to charge my lap and phone

Very nice room, the basics but with Wi-Fi and good cable service, everything you need to sleep and hang out, I really liked that in the fourth level 18 there was a small room☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible accommodations, no hot water! Light filtering into room from lobby, all night long. Waited 2 hours before they fixed the hot water at 10pm. Don’t recommend staying there. I know we never will again
