The 5 stars is for the attention and the location. However, I liked the bed a bit uncomfortable and it moves a lot because it has wheels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hotel es un fiasco, para empezar no hay ni un restaurante cerca ni nada, el centro esta como a 10 cuadras, el desayuno lo dan tarde y solo es café, y para acabarla el dueño del hotel va y cierra la llave del agua , ya que nos dejo sin agua a mi mamá y a mi , que eramos las únicas que nos estábamos hospedando en ese lugar , cero recomendado , cualquier opción es mejor que este hotel
This hotel is a fiasco, to begin with there is not a restaurant nearby or anything, the center is about 10 blocks away, breakfast is late and it is only coffee, and to finish it the hotel owner goes and turns off the water tap, since it left my mom and I without water, we were the only ones staying in that place, zero recommended, any option is better than this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En relación con el precio calidad, definitivamente se lleva las 5 estrellas. Es un hotel muy accesible, como a unas 5 calles de Santo Domingo. El personal es muy muy amable. Ofrecen un desayuno de cortesía y es bastante completo. Además hay una estación de café, té y agua 24 hrs. También es gratuita. Hay puntos a mejorar ya que de repente se escucha el sonido entre habitaciones.
In relation to the quality price, it definitely gets 5 stars. It is a very accessible hotel, about 5 blocks from Santo Domingo. The staff is very very friendly. They offer a complimentary breakfast and it is quite complete. There is also a 24-hour coffee, tea and water station. It is also free. There are points to improve since suddenly the sound is heard between rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice but small rooms. Very clean and very close to historic center a d Zocalo. Only drawback was no air conditioning. However they did provide a fan on request so it was comfortable at night.
