I stayed there to leave early the next day to Isla Mujeres because it is next to the ferry, the room is ugly although for the price it is not bad, the air conditioning did not work, but the worst is that there was no water for the bathroom, Bad experience and that I only use it to sleep one night.

It is a quiet place, but the service is the worst the owner of the hotel, is upset about everything, you can not take a dog and if you do you have to leave outside in the cold and tied up, if the hot water is over the lady is upset because they run out of hot water or because the water is over and it has to go up, the internet does not reach all the floors, there is no television and the rooms have no cable or do not pick up the signal, the air conditioners They do not always serve, the rate is very high for the quality of the room, there the rates are for people, the beds do not always wear nice clothes, sometimes they have holes and if the cleaning lady does not arrive to work, the owner of the Hotel cleans the room but leaves it done a bit, and it's not just that, they have pets to some dogs and it's very sad to see what they feed them every time they remember and most of the time they do not have water, they do not bathe them, and they beat them and if you complain they hurt you and give you terrible service and if you have to stay for weeks and ask them for your refrigerator just to keep something that goes away quickly, the daughter of the lady takes it without asking or puts her hand, once she arrived to spit a food that I keep in the refrigerator, I do not recommend it.

It is the worst lodging option. It is expensive for what it offers. Hard beds and the air conditioning did not work, it would stop and blow out hot air.
