 Bad treatment from the manager, no towels and no hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fue de mi agrado, no había agua caliente, la habitación no estaba limpia tenia telarañas, los controles de la televisión no funcionan y tenía mal olor por la cañería. Espero puedan mejorar estos aspectos.
It was not to my liking, there was no hot water, the room was not clean, it had cobwebs, the television controls did not work and it had a bad smell from the plumbing. I hope they can improve these aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No lavan sus sábanas, el baño todo sucio, no lo recomiendo... Me negaron la habitación y cuando me dieron acceso preferí irme, ¡asco!
Terrible service. They do not wash their sheets, the bathroom is dirty, I do not recommend it ... They denied me the room and when they gave me access I preferred to leave, yuck!

IT IS A VERY ECONOMIC HOTEL, THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY ... I LIKED THE ROOM, IT COMPLIES WITH ALL THE SERVICES, EACH BATHROOM IS EXCLUSIVE ... THEY ARE SPACIOUS ROOMS ... EVERYTHING VERY WELL ... ? EXCELLENT HOTEL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó mucho la ubicación esta muy cerca de los mercados principales de la Cd. Cerca del Zócalo la atención es muy buena muy amable el personal y la chica no se si es la encargada me ayudo mucho guiandome en lugares a visitar o ubicarme en calles y en conseguirme transporte, las habitaciones son pequeñas sencillas pero cómodas y la limpieza muy buena tuve inconveniente con el agua caliente nada más y detalles del baño pero aun así fue muy agradable mi estadía regresaría sin duda aunque me toque agua fría de nuevo
I really liked the location, it is very close to the main markets of the city. Near the Zócalo, the attention is very good, the staff is very friendly, and the girl, I don't know if she is in charge, helped me a lot by guiding me to places to visit or locating me in streets and in getting me transportation, the rooms are small, simple but comfortable and the cleaning very good I had a problem with the hot water nothing else and details of the bathroom but even so it was very pleasant my stay I would return without a doubt even if I get cold water again

Por el precio me salvó del apuro, pero no sé si regresaría.
All good, only cleanliness subtracts points. There were cockroaches in my room and it clearly needed a good cleaning.
For the price it saved me from trouble, but I don't know if I would return.

Beautifly decorated in a colonial style, very clean, GEORGEOUS terraza with outstanding view of the city, the staff is extremely personable and will help you with anything you need like suggest best places to eat at that are not expensive! Best part, it is located a few blocks from the market, cathedral, main plaza, and many other turistic places, restaurants and cafes. Great place to stay at a VERY LOW price. At this hotel you truly get it all!!
