★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas que un Hotel o un Spa, es una casa de huéspedes y ahí esta el dolo, engañan a la gente (no solo lo digo yo, 2 familias que llegaron a hospedarse en ese momento sintieron lo mismo también y lo mismo me comentaron Taxistas que tomamos). La entrada está en un callejón, es un laberinto el interior y el exterior y no tiene siquiera un buen letrero que lo ubique. El estacionamiento es un lote baldío sin seguridad y oscuro. Le llaman Spa solo porque tiene una terraza (con piso rasposo de cemento y muros sin pintar), eso si, bonita vista; un Jacuzzi que no sirve (el agua está sucia) y un mini temazcal que no caben mas de 2 personas a la vez. No te proporcionan ni siquiera una barra de jabón para bañarte (solo jabón liquido en un recipiente para catsup) o una botella de agua. El mobiliario de las habitaciones muy deficiente también (tengo fotos de todo lo que estoy comentando).
No digo que la atención del personal no sea buena, pero en definitiva, no se puede llamar hotel.

More than a Hotel or a Spa, it is a guest house and therein lies the trick, they deceive people (not only I say it, 2 families who came to stay at that time also felt the same and the same Taxi drivers who we take). The entrance is in an alley, it is a labyrinth inside and outside and it does not even have a good sign that locates it. The parking lot is a vacant lot with no security and dark. They call it a Spa only because it has a terrace (with a scratchy cement floor and unpainted walls), yes, a nice view; a Jacuzzi that does not work (the water is dirty) and a mini temazcal that does not fit more than 2 people at a time. They don't even provide you with a bar of soap to take a shower (just liquid soap in a ketchup container) or a bottle of water. The furniture in the rooms is also very poor (I have photos of everything I am commenting on).
I'm not saying that the attention of the staff is not good, but in short, it cannot be called a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de todo el personal es maravillosa te hacen sentir parte de la familia... La piscina de la terraza es pequeña pero perfecta para niños pequeños, la vista a la ciudad es increíble y más de noche, para llegar al hotel desde el centro caminando si está algo pesado por las subidas pero es seguro el camino, las habitaciones son cálidas aunque si hay ruido por la gente se escucha con facilidad todo, el desayuno incluido muy rico más el pan casero que hacen, en general todo bien, si acaso falta un poquito de mantenimiento a las habitaciones pero todo muy bien... Muy recomendable

The pool on the terrace is small but perfect for young children, the view of the city is incredible and more at night, to get to the hotel from the center walking if it is somewhat heavy due to the climbs but the path is safe, the rooms are warm although if there is noise from people, everything is easily heard, the breakfast included is very rich plus the homemade bread they make, in general everything is good, if anything The rooms lack a little maintenance but everything is very good ... Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el precio, las amenidades que ofrece y la ubicación para mí viaje a Taxco realmente fue una gran opción, no esperen un hotel 5 estrellas pero tiene todo lo necesario para considerarse un gran hotel, además el personal siempre fue muy atento y amable.
Grandiosa experiencia.
For the price, the amenities it offers and the location for me, the trip to Taxco was really a great option, don't expect a 5-star hotel but it has everything you need to be considered a great hotel, plus the staff was always very attentive and friendly.
