Un pésimo servicio, para empezar las imágenes que muestran son falsas, el lugar no se parece en nada, además no hay agua caliente y cuando pedimos ayuda al encargado en turno no quiso ni siquiera revisar, nos dijo que si no nos gustaba nos fueramos. Las camas estaban muy incómodas, los colchones hundidos y sólo tenían sabana y una colcha muy delgada, al pedir más cobijas nos dieron una colcha igual de delgada (pasamos mucho frio). Las habitaciones están en mal estado, las paredes tienen salitre y humedad.
De haber podido nos íbamos a otro hotel pero ya no habia cupo con esa anticipación.

A terrible service, to begin with the images they show are false, the place does not look like anything, also there is no hot water and when we asked the manager on duty for help he did not even want to check, we He said if we didn't like it, let's go. The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses sagged and they only had a sheet and a very thin quilt, when we asked for more blankets they gave us an equally thin quilt (we were very cold). The rooms are in poor condition, the walls are salty and damp.
If we could, we would go to another hotel but there was no room with that anticipation.
