★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why this hotel has the best reviews in Hermosillo. It is clean, however, at least in my room, the walls were extremely thin to the extent that you could hear the details of your neighbor's conversations. I was also woken up by several extremely loud thuds at 3 am. When I called the front desk, the staff told me that "No one else has complained about it" at which point I thought to myself well, maybe that's because it just happened. Their customer service definitely isn't "premier"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice, clean, safe place to stay.
If you stay for Business it gives you a nice workplace inside the room, as well it has PCs for the use of the guest. It has a great Free WiFi coverage all over the rooms and common areas.
If you co.e for pleasure or family stay, it offers a nice swimming pool for recreation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here a couple different times. On the edge of the city kind of industrial area. They have A/C, secure parking with 24 hour guard, WiFi, Clean rooms and friendly staff. A few of the front desk staff speak English and Spanish. There is a guest computer available and printer. The kitchen could use some improvement. I would advise to bring your own food or go eat out. What was available from the menu never had me sick but needed improvement. No visitors after 11 is one rule that was a bit different but can generally live with that.

Long lines to get your plate served by a staff.
A lot of the food trays were empty.
There was still one our till closing and most of the food was gone.
