★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación, personal amable y buena limpieza del lugar pero no vale lo que cuesta la habitación honestamente, muy pequeña y no funciona el agua caliente.
 Good location, friendly staff and good cleanliness of the place but it is not worth what the room costs honestly, very small and the hot water does not work.

Si tiene agua caliente.
Cuanta con un pequeño closet!!!
Costo económico, para pasar la noche esta bien, no lo recomiendo para una estadía larga!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención las instalaciones en buen estado solo les hago una pequeña observación con respecto a el agua caliente, es demasiada el agua que se desperdicia para esperar a que el agua salga óptima para poder bañarse tal vez revisar otra opción de hacer algún cambio con respecto a eso pero de ahí en fuera Gracias regresaré
Excellent attention, the facilities are in good condition, I only make a small observation regarding the hot water, too much water is wasted to wait for the water to be optimal to be able to bathe, perhaps review another option to make some change with respect to that but from then on Thanks I will return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablo por experiencia propia, muy buen hotel los días que estuve hospedado. Muy accesible y buena calidad. $520 la habitación sencilla muy cómoda y céntrico de todo. Y lo más importante que si tienen terminal bancaria, ya que antes de llegar a Chilpancingo estuve averiguando y ninguno cerca de la terminal estrella blanca contaba y eso es importante para los viajeros que no queremos ir cargando efectivo. Sigan así con esa buen servicio que ofrecen y con la buena limpieza que también tienen. Gracias!!
I speak from my own experience, very good hotel the days I was staying. Very affordable and good quality. $520 for a single room, very comfortable and central to everything. And the most important thing is that they do have a bank terminal, since before arriving in Chilpancingo I was checking and none near the Estrella Blanca terminal counted and that is important for travelers who do not want to carry cash. Keep up the good service you offer and the good cleanliness you also have. Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and in an excellent location with a large parking lot close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a balcony room and it was very loud, so inside rooms are probably quieter. Shower had windows without glass so it was cold in there!
