Hotel Princess Mundo Imperial - 39890 Acapulco de Juárez

We loved this resort! The staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The food was very good with several restaurants, bars and cafes. The beach was awesome! Very clean pools. Our room had amazing panoramic ocean view, large balcony area and comfortable patio furniture. We will definitely return!

Just found out they called police on a well-informed man who refused to wear a face diaper. Completely unnecessary.

Overpriced - too expensive for what you get Negative - overall the building seemed quite old and the price is pretty expensive for what you get - we had a whole in the ceiling of the bathroom where sometimes water was dripping down from the room above us. this didn’t get fixed during our 12 days stay - when we came to the room, the balcony door didn’t open and instead of getting it fixed within the next 30-60 minutes (what they told us), they only came the next night - one of the taps in the bathroom sink was leaking but at least they also fixed it on the second day - service was very slow and not at all proactive. also every person working at the hotel tells you something different and there are no clear rules or standards. one day something is fine, the next day it is suddenly a problem - bathroom only has a bathtub with a plastic curtain and no shower - if you above 1,70m many things are too small/low you (e.g. shower too low, beach chairs too short, sinks too low…) - water bottles in the hotel supermarket were expensive - many cups, the sticks to stir the coffee, the food containers at the beach and many other things were one time use and so there is a lot of unnecessary trash produced - in order get a palm roof and beach chairs you have to get in line at 7:00 am or a bit earlier even and pay 500 Mexican pesos (~20€) which at least you can use at the beach bar to get drinks and food. Usually the personnel arrived late and the process of booking was super slow which can cost you 1h in the morning if you are not among the first - food at the beach is good but doesn’t have many healthy options - when many people where there, they ran out of towels - the music in the lobby was way too loud so that you couldn’t understand anybody there and the rooms didn’t really insulate the sound so that even on the 17th floor in the room the music still seemed loud Positive - nice hotel architecture - great outside are with pool and beach - delicious breakfast buffet - big rooms - save area of Acapulco - gym was well equipped - food in general in the hotel restaurants was good but not cheap

Homy, charming hotel. The check in was so fast and efficient. The moment you arrive is a whole lovely tour and staff is always attentive to your needs. They spoil you here!

Reminds me of the Double Tree in Mazatlán that was "renovated" from the hotel "The Local." Too much money for quality that is clearly in deterioration. At least I could say the staff were nice in Mazatlán!

Horrible… it was the worse experience of our life… motel 8 has better customer service when you don’t like the room .. especially when you pay more over seas… I don’t recommend it…

Great facilities but rooms showing signs of ageing. They are also mask crazy at the moment even outdoors (which is crazy) so if you're wanting to breath fresh air and enjoy a nice break street clear until they remove this rule or contact the hotel to see their rules before you book. I personally won't go back, however staff were all great.

An absolute fantasy to visit this place. I have been going here since I was a kid and this Hotel never fails to present itself with top service, facilities, staff, food etc etc This is a little slice of paradise. Far away from the main city but close enough that it's not out of your reach. I would 100% suggest for you to visit it. It is a great family spot but still can be romantic for your honeymoon. The sunsets are unforgettable ?
