J	Jeremiah Chiac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No! This place was not a well stay. We checked in late and was placed in a room with the shower not working... It had no hot water and smelled musty. The beds were hard. I guess its pay for what you get? Won't stay here again unless they upgrade.
E	Eze W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at about 2 am from Ado bus from Cancun and was given my room. Was able to get around from here very well and the room was ok. Not the nicest room they offer but worth it because we are so close to everything here. Room had split ac unit. You wouldnt want or should never need heat so close to the equator. But i enjoyed my stay here. The pool was a no go for me looked a little cloudy. So i wasnt going to risk it. Staff was friendly. Pillows extra extra extra firm. But total experience was pleasant.
j	jim popelik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the people are very nice and accommodating. The restaurant has pretty good food. The service mostly only speaks Spanish but are all smiles. This is one of the oldest hotels in all of Chtumal. It has clean rooms, air conditioning. Even though the neighborhoods are not in the best condition the people are still in great spirits. I love the mexican people.
