As always ... I have been staying at this hotel for more than 4 years and I highly recommend it from its reception staff to the person who provides lunch every morning every time I arrive in Tuxtepec I always reserve the same room

Al llegar al cuarto agarrate!!!
La peste a humedad y moho es tremenda, el wc no sirve, telarañas por todos lados, pisos sucios y para rematar la tina llena de sarro y pelos!!!! Prometen cafetera, pero no hay café ni agua ni tazas!!!
Reporte mi habitación sucia y no negaron a cambiarme de habitación, y al final a hacer la cancelación de mi segunda noche. No nos devolvieron el importe, unos verdaderos ladrones, no se expongan, no vayan!

When you get to the room, hold on !!!
The stench of damp and mold is tremendous, the toilet does not work, cobwebs everywhere, dirty floors and to top it off the bathtub full of scale and hair !!!! They promise coffee maker, but there is no coffee or water or cups !!!
I reported my room dirty and they did not refuse to change my room, and in the end to cancel my second night. They did not refund the amount, some real thieves, do not expose yourself, do not go!
