★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Privada Guadalupe really As a hidden gem. Street part not so attractive (and with a lot of trash) but place inside absolutely beautiful. Microwave, fridge and small kitchen with gas stove (cons: without any dishes or another kitchen stuff and even without matches). Wi-Fi speed: 39 mbps/DL, 2 mbps/UPL. Nearest supermarkets: Soriana (15 min walk on the north) and SuperLeal (7 min on the south). Santa Lucia riverwalk (best part of whole Monterrey) on the way between an appartments and SuperLeal. Check in and checkout - OK. I can recommend this place if you need calm and safely stay near Monterrey Centro.
