Great place to enjoy all inclusive and just relax. It was such fun, beautiful beach, great pool (slightly heated) with a bar inside, the food was good and the stuff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms was average but very clean (anyway we didn't spend much time inside...). The location is also great, 5 min from the ferry, 1 min from the main street and right on the beginning of the north beach.

We visit PA at least twice a year. Their staff is so dedicated, friendly, and loyal. They rarely have turnover. Jesus, Jorge, and Jaime are always friendly warming faces at the main desk. They're efficient and super helpful. And Sam always takes care of us at the pool bar. The rooms are always immaculate, clean, and everything is always in perfect order. The pool and beach are always clean, well staffed, and great service. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. You can walk to all the great places on island. Their food is good however I'd recommend not doing all inclusive as there are so many wonderful dining spots that should be taken advantage of.

Currently here and not as impressed and I wanted to be. The music is very boring, the restaurants next to the "beach club" sounds a lot more lively and more of the vibe I personally prefer for a beach ambiance. Most of the rooms have less than desirable views and the food can use more taste and Mexican variety.

Beautiful hotel, great location and the beach is amazing. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and very professional. Especially our waiter Daniel Ara. Whether it was at the pool or the beach club, he always provided prompt, excellent service. His exuberant persona is a tremendous asset to their team and we looked forward to seeing him every day. A golf cart is a must if you plan to explore the island. The Joint has good frozen margaritas and also frozen mojitos. If you prefer margaritas on the rocks, Soggy Pesos is the place. Al Natural has really good tacos. Next time, we will exchange our dollars for pesos. You get more bang for your buck. Date of stay: February 2022

Great location, package, hotel, service on a great island. They listen and deal with your concerns, have all-inclusive and a la carte options. The dedicated beach for the hotel is awesome and most importantly, this west-facing side of the island has no seaweed! The private part of the beach runs into the public beach which is a fantastic walk around the north part of the island.

We had the Privilege of staying at this beautiful hotel in September and was a perfect experience. The shared pool is just cold enough to be refreshing and warm enough that you never want to get out. My wife and I had a room with a private jacuzzi on the back patio and it was amazing to sit in every night with a view of the ocean and the stars. The room was not huge but the bathroom had double sinks and a very large shower. The food at the main restaurant always impressed, especially the breakfast buffet. The security at the entrances from the beach side was nice to have, as was the shower to wash off the sand. We’ll be staying here again.

We were at Privileges the first 10 days in February and it was fantastic! We were in room 414 with a jaccuzi tub on the balcony and we loved the room, its location and the room amenities. The resort is perfect and the grounds and gardens were beautiful. We had fun at the pool everyday and enjoyed the live music. Pedro, you and your staff are outstanding! We appreciate you. It was our first time at Privileges and we can't wait to go back. We're already planning our next trip!

Such an easy five stars. My all time favourite all inclusive resort. Literally the food was the best I’ve had at a hotel in Mexico and it was always prepared fresh. Alex, our waiter in the beachfront restaurant worked tirelessly to keep us and all his guests happy. The food, drinks and wine were all of good quality and I didn’t not have any digestion issues at all which is often a gripe of all inclusive that just pumps out cold or lukewarm buffet food. Samuel and Enrique at the pool bar were two other staff that deserve accolades, they were always smiling even when running off their feet. They honestly went the extra mile every time we went there. On Dec 28 the afternoon band at the pool was wicked, they brought much joy to our hearts and huge smiles to our faces. I hope the management will invite them back again. On a few occasions we ordered room service which promptly arrived! They brought us all the food and drink we could handle. My only small gripe with this property was the security staff. I understand there must be an assertive posture to deter problems but I feel like they were too invasive and one of them was very unhelpful with parking. A valet parking service here could go a long way!! Along with more video surveillance of the property and a central security room monitoring all. I will applaud the security guard who helped my sister with a cut on her leg when exiting the pool and also the one who would shine his flashlight to help us see the crossing to the beach club.
