Hicimos la reservación directa al hotel,y todo estuvo bien llegamos y respetaron la reservación,las habitaciones sencillas están recién remodeladas,muy cómodas,limpias,bastantes amplias son de dos pisos,el baño en muy buen estado poco chico pero bien,la atención amable por parte de quien nos atendió.El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento y restaurante en donde los precios están acordes con lo que te sirven buena opción si no quieres salir del hotel y lo interesante es que la mayoría de los lugares sobre todo los de interés como el centro están entre 15 y 20 minutos.

Muy cómodo, el almuerzo tipo americano muy sabroso, el cuarto en si es de dos plantas (Sala en la parte de abajo y la recámara en la parte de arriba), agua caliente las 24 HRS. Lo mejor de todo: Su personal, amables siempre y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Que si regreso? Voy a exigir que me manden hospedar en ese hotel cada que vaya a Puebla...!!!
Excellent Hotel! Very comfortable, very tasty American-style lunch, the room itself is on two floors (living room at the bottom and the bedroom at the top), hot water 24 HRS. Best of all: Its staff, always friendly and willing to help with anything you need. What if I come back? I'm going to demand that they send me to stay in that hotel every time I go to Puebla...!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good opción, I like that the parking is inside the hotel. The cleanness is good so it gives confidence, the food is acceptable. Located at 10 to 15 min from downton. Internet service is poor and have many issues, but stable at night. I recommend it only when you visit Puebla for work a couple of days.
