J	Jose Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar económico, muy modesto, pero muy limpio, excelente trato y con acceso a la playa, muy recomendable. Punto en contra : no aceptan pagos con tarjeta, no tienen ni siquiera una botella de agua que ofeecer. An economical place, very modest, but very clean, excellent treatment and with access to the beach, highly recommended. Point against: they do not accept card payments, they do not even have a bottle of water to offer.
V	Victor Hugo Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitación muy descuidada, polvo por todos lados, mobiliario muy deteriorado, la habitación que muestran está bonita y limpia, al pagar te dan las llaves de otra habitación en pésimas condiciones. Very neglected room, dust everywhere, very deteriorated furniture, the room they show is nice and clean, when paying they give you the keys to another room in terrible condition.
T	Thalia Baltazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte del servicio de recepción ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, super amables y serviciales, nos brindaron orientación vía WhatsApp de como llegar desde Poza Rica hasta el hotel, estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros durante nuestro recorrido. Mis recomendaciones por si quieres visitar este hotel: •si reservas desde antes pide habitación en panta baja son más frescas (para que el calor no te cocine por las noches ?) • No se recomienda salir de noche ya que el hotel está a pie de carretera y no hay nada cerca, aparte de que no hay suficiente alumbrado público • Lleva tu comida y bebida ya que no hay nada cerca para comer • Lleva repelente de moscos (Hay muchos ?) El poblado que visitamos es Casitas se encuentra a 10 min. en taxi (cobran $15 por persona del hotel a ahí, aguas con los taxistas manchados a veces te quieren cobrar hasta $500 por llevarte a Tecolutla, etc...). Esta más urbanizado ahí encontrarás lugares para comer, palapas a la orilla del mar, tiendas de conveniencia (Oxxo no vende alcohol los domingos pregunten antes de comprar) HAY 4 HERMOSOS GATITOS (Uno es bebé) SI PUEDEN Y QUIEREN ALIMENTENLOS SON MUY SOCIABLES NO LOS MALTRATEN X FA???? No doy 5 ⭐ ya que: Al llegar a nuestra habitación estaba sucia de la regadera se veían opacos los azulejos aún había restos de jabón en la jabonera. * El baño de la habitación no tiene buena ventilación y huele a caño (??) no esta tan bien * Pagas una habitación con aire acondicionado y en algunas habitaciones te apagan el swich del aire (Diciendo que es para ahorrar y por la gente que deja todo el bendito día el aire prendido) mientras uno muere de calor ??? Los colchones son muy calientes ? Aún no tienen servicio de restaurante (no nos avisaron a tiempo? y tuvimos que pedir unos tacos super chiquitos ?) Quiero pensar que el hotel se ve descuidado de la fachada, zona de piscina y las playas sucias (son pedazos de palmeras y troncos) ya que los lugareños comentan que no hace mucho hubo huracán y afecto a los comercios y hoteles de la orilla del mar. Excellent attention from the reception service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, super friendly and helpful, they gave us guidance via WhatsApp on how to get from Poza Rica to the hotel, they were attentive to us during our tour. My recommendations if you want to visit this hotel: •If you book beforehand, ask for a room on the ground floor, they are cooler (so the heat doesn't cook you at night ?) • It is not recommended to go out at night since the hotel is at the foot of the road and there is nothing nearby, apart from the fact that there is not enough public lighting • Bring your food and drink as there is nothing nearby to eat • Bring mosquito repellent (there are many ?) The town we visited is Casitas, it is 10 min. by taxi (they charge $15 per person from the hotel to there, waters with stained taxi drivers sometimes they want to charge you up to $500 to take you to Tecolutla, etc...). It is more urbanized there you will find places to eat, palapas by the sea, convenience stores (Oxxo does not sell alcohol on Sundays ask before buying) THERE ARE 4 BEAUTIFUL KITTENS (One is a baby) IF YOU CAN AND WANT TO FEED THEM THEY ARE VERY SOCIABLE DON'T MISTREAT THEM X FA???? I do not give 5 ⭐ since: * Upon arrival in our room it was dirty from the shower, the tiles looked opaque, there were still traces of soap in the soap dish. * The bathroom in the room does not have good ventilation and smells like a pipe (??) it is not so good * You pay for a room with air conditioning and in some rooms they turn off the air switch (Saying it's to save money and because of the people who leave the air on all day) while you die of heat ??? Mattresses are very hot ? They still don't have a restaurant service (they didn't tell us on time? and we had to order some super small tacos?) *I want to think that the hotel looks neglected from the facade, pool area and dirty beaches (they are pieces of palm trees and trunks) since the locals comment that not long ago there was a hurricane and it affected the shops and hotels on the shore of the sea.
j	jans payro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente atención por parte de los empleados y Dueños, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades.. alberca con agua limpia todos los días y se respeta tanto el horario para estar en la alberca y decibeles de la música! las habitaciones amplias con pantalla sky clima y buena señal de internet, todos los días el servicio de limpieza hizo su trabajo. El acceso a la playa no está a más de 50mts del hotel. Estacionamiento muy amplio y seguro para dejar tus auto. Puedes meter tus alimentos te recomiendo comprar tus cosas antes. Ya que el Oxxo si está a 5 km. Aun lado del hotel hay una pizzería y sus productos son muy buenos. Excellent attention from employees and Owners, always aware of our needs.. pool with clean water every day and the schedule to be in the pool and music decibels are respected! the spacious rooms with sky weather screen and good internet signal, every day the cleaning service did their job. Access to the beach is no more than 50 meters from the hotel. Very ample and secure parking to leave your car. You can put your food I recommend you buy your things before. Since the Oxxo is 5 km away. Even next to the hotel there is a pizzeria and its products are very good.

Hay muchos lugares cerca para ir a comer. La alberca siempre limpia. Sin duda alguna regresaremos para pasar las siguientes vacaciones Excellent place to rest, very clean, excellent attention from the employees. Large and very comfortable rooms. There are plenty of places nearby to eat. The pool is always clean. Without a doubt we will return to spend the next vacation

C	Camilla Medeiros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a trap. First of all, the 3 rooms they offered to us had the windows broken and the door could easily be open. So no security at all. We changed for the second room and once we opened the water in the sink the connecting tube felt down and the smell was horrible to stay in. We changed again and the third room had a leak coming from the roof that the staff described as just "humidity"! I had a similar experience before where the roof felt down and injured people. So we chose to leave and asked for a refund of the cash paid. None of the staff could offer an answer or even an apology about all this mess or the money back. We went there twice and they had only excuses about to not be able to get in touch with the owner/manager or anyone responsible. In the end we lost our money and we had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. I do NOT recommend Puerto Cangrejo to my worst enemy.
