Esperemos que atiendan estos aspectos y mejoren el servicio. It was an uncomfortable experience, the hotel is on a cliff and it's a pain to go up and down, the curtains are poorly placed or there are none, therefore there is no privacy, there is no television and the worst, they do not have water, by the way, no accommodation is cheap; The managers do not know how to solve anything. Hopefully they address these issues and improve the service.

Keine frischen Handtücher über drei Tage. Ventilator funktioniert nicht. Keine Klimaanlage. Kein shampoo. Kein warmes Wasser. Pool sehr klein. Preise sehr hoch. No hotel.... I was there for 3 days because I originally liked the location. In hindsight: Very noisy at night through the street. No fresh towels for over three days. Fan not working. No air conditioning. no shampoo No warm water. pool very small. prices very high.

J	John M Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hotel, great service, near Playa Chahue. A/C costs an extra 100 pesos nightly, but we'll worth it. Huatulco is a little hotter than Zipolite.
A	Anika Waidele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is far too expensive for what you'll get (1600 Pesos / Night). I stayed in four other Hotels in Zipolite, directly at the beach. All were cheaper and better. - No shampoo, conditioner, etc. only one soap - No air conditioning - No warm water - No TV - No curtains / too small translucent curtains (see photo) - everybody is able to view in your room/ directly on your bed and you'll wake up at 6 in the morning as soon as the sun is rising - The pool is green (see photo), I'd not jump into it - Quite loud, as you can hear the street very good - I only got new toilet paper after asking for it on the third day - Towels were not exchanged As others already said, the only good thing is the view. For 400 Pesos the hotel would be ok, not for 1600.

The rooms were rancid and the guests can see you lying on the bed from outside the room.. We walked straight out and agreed with the hotel that they would refund the costs. Only to find out that afterwards they refuse to refund the costs! Just absolutely don't book here!!!
