Some rooms need improvements. But overall is really nice and cozy.

the security guard who was outside the hotel was very attentive in all our questions and recommended us places to eat and helped us get a taxi and brought us some water bottles to our room (we paid for) he was very attentive unfortuatly we can't speak the same of the lobby/bell boy he was very rude and every time we called to ask questions from the room he made us feel like we kept bothering him due to a family emergency we had to leave our stay 2 days before and he would not give us our money back for the nights we had already paid and would not be using we told him we will be coming back and we didn't want the money but if we can get credit for our stay in the future with them since we will back back in about 3weeks he again said that he could not provide such voucher and that giving us the money back would not be possible horrible customer service the hotel company really needs to reevaluate what the meaning of hospitality means especially during these hard times we are in during covid I would def not recomend this place to any of our family or friends your better off staying at the near by best western.
