E	Eduardo Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal bastante desagradable, pésima actitud, no tienen sombrillas para comer junto a la alberca y ni que decir de tv , aire acondicionado limitado, te prestan artículos de los cuales TU COMO HUESPED TIENES QUE IR POR ELLOS, como fue la televisión y la tuvimos que regresar al entregar la llave a la habitación de dónde la sacamos por que hasta eso cuando la pedimos tuvimos que subir por ella porque los empleados que están allí no puede hacerte pasar una estancia agradable y para acabar ni gas para poderte bañar, tienen que pedir autorización y teniendo la autorización uno tiene que prender y apagar el boiler Quite unpleasant staff, terrible attitude, they do not have umbrellas to eat by the pool and not to mention TV, limited air conditioning, they lend you items of which YOU AS A GUEST HAVE TO GO FOR THEM, as was the television and we had to return when we deliver the key to the room from where we got it because even when we asked for it we had to go up it because the employees who are there cannot make you have a pleasant stay and to finish or gas to be able to bathe, they have to ask for authorization and having the authorization one has to turn the boiler on and off

El personal es grosero y poco cordial con los huespedes; las instalaciones son deficientes, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, T.V., agua caliente, no asean las habitaciones, el mobiliario esta en mal estado ( no hay coladreas en el baño), cero de cero ????? There are no words to describe the deplorable, lousy and unpleasant service at that hotel. ? Staff is rude and unfriendly to guests; the facilities are poor, it does not have air conditioning, T.V., hot water, they do not clean the rooms, the furniture is in poor condition (there are no drains in the bathroom), zero zero ?????
