Great hotel right on the beachfront. Very cool area and friendly staff.

One of the few places with a view of the ocean. Close to the action but off the main road. What really set this place apart was the amazing staff. They went out their way to help us and arrange anything we wanted or needed. They even had a doctor come to our room to give us our Covid tests before we flew home. We are definitely coming back here.

Great hotel in perfect location. Many bars and restaurants around. Staff speaks great english and supports you in booking adventures. Everything in the hotel was new. Rooms equipped with AC, vents and an awesome view. Would go again.

I've lived next to this hotel for 3.5 years and the noise, disrespect and lack of general safety they've showed during their current remodel has been extremely disappointing and disruptive to the neighborhood. They have consistently worked 12+ hours days (jack hammering and power tool noise going until 11:30pm at night), despite requests from multiple neighbors and businesses to stop a normal time of ~5pm. I've been to the hotel everyday in the last week to ask to see the "special permission" they claim to have from the municipality to do construction work until late in the evening, but they refuse to show me anything and they refuse to let me speak with the owner. The construction workers have thrown huge slabs of concrete and rock from the second and third stories of the hotel as people pass by on their way to or from the beach, without any regard for their safety. I have felt unsafe in my own home due to their verbal harassment and whistling as I pass the hotel when I come and go from my home. I was always happy to recommend this hotel to my friends visiting Puerto, but I will never do that again. I have pleaded with the managers of the hotel more than 10 times to simply stop construction at a normal hour OR show the special permission they have from the municipality and they cannot manage to do either. It's a shame to see this type of blatant disrespect in La Punta.

Great hotel, great location, and the courtyard pool is such a nice way to get some relief from the sun mid-day. But the best thing about this hotel are the staff. They are committed to the maintenance and cleaning of the hotel and rooms unlike anywhere else I’ve stayed in Mexico, and are incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent views from the 4th floor. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The beach is literally right in front of the hotel. Very Courteous staff, and excellent location, walking distance to the nearby bars and restaurants. Still very quiet for a peaceful sleep. The bar in the top floor has gorgeous views of the ocean. Definitely coming back!

I had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. Service was great. The drinks at both hotel bars were amazing. I got a massage on the beach and it was great. Perfect balconies, beds were comfortable and the size of the rooms were perfect. Had an ocean view which was amazing. The sound of the waves is something I won't forget. Perfect stay. I highly recommend and would stay here again.
