★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run !! Stay far away google community, I had a reservation for double beds we the 3 of us were present and paid the entire bill with deposit. After a day out in Mexico City we came back to Pamela the front desk telling us it would be 700 pesos more for the 3rd person. The morning attendant told Pamela they seemed not to be aware of the 3rd person. After I asked for a manager the 5th time she came out to speak to us she seemed upset that we had bothered her and made it very difficult to cancel and get a refund. It took them 45 min arguing with us from loosing our mask to questioning the signature on the refund receipt.. I also advised that We the google community depend on these reviews they didn’t care.. please stay far away !! While I waited for the refund I overheard more pet being told about hidden fees. Please stay away don’t bother or waste your time. I really gave them a chance to make it right but they refused.. please please save yourself time !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, modern hotel in a central part of town. Check-in process was easy. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was hearty and delicious (and included in our room rate...normally 220 pesos pp).
Feels secure and upscale and would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: great location right by everything Centro has to offer, nice decor, very clean, solid coffee shop.
Cons: walls are very thin, at least between ajoined rooms, despite white noise at full volume and ear plugs I couldn't sleep when my neighbors got back to their room at 3am, hot water took literally 5+ minutes, not sure how that's even possible, but had accepted I was taking a cold shower when the hot kicked on, coffee shop and restaurant open at 8 which is fine if late but when I checked in I asked and was told 7 which I planned around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is amazing! Me and my mom came here from the hotel next door (city Centro) because they over sold and although my reservation was made in advance they could not honor it. So we were brought over to this hotel and were able to get us a room. Their staff is amazing, and restaurant food was good. It's also in a great location and not too far from the historic center. So many things to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location with excellent customer service. About $100 cad / night with wonderful breakfast !!! You can’t go wrong. Nice clean rooms and within 10 mnts walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Ask for Raul when you go down for breakfast if you need any assistance specially if you speak only English. Bell man Moises can be your guy for any thing and everything either you want to arrange a trip to somewhere or need a car to airport.
Breakfast includes fresh fruits, juices, omelette, fresh pancakes and waffles, coffee and probably 10 Mexican dishes.
Staff is kind and mostly everyone speak little to good English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in one of the master suites with the private terrace. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Mexico City. The neighborhood is bustling with restaurants and businesses, but the hotel itself is nice and quiet. The interior is very nicely done and spotless. Everybody, from the doormen to the reception to the wait staff for the delicious breakfast, was friendly and helpful. If I ever come back to Mexico City I will definitely be staying in this hotel again.
