★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed over night on our way to Guanajuato. It was easy to get to and was exactly what we needed to rest. Since it was a long journey our car was full of our personal belongings. The parking was very safe and they watched over it 24 hours. The security guards were very reassuring. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly! We felt very welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at this hotel was most pleasant. We only stayed for one night but it was a convenient and easy stay. The room was comfortable and the wifi excellent which allowed me to do some work. We ordered room service for the meal and it was very good and the lady who brought the food spoke English and was extremely polite and nice. We didn't use the other facilities but they looked good too. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had luggage on top of our car and we didnt want to take it down.the guard was really nice and said hed take extra care of our truck. It started to rain and he even brought us trash bags to cover our luggage. Thank you. With that being said the beds were comfortable. But they need to wash their carpets or just take them out. The hotel had a musty smell. Other than that pretty good stay.

Replace the faucets with other type not big enough to cover the holes on the sink, the same job was done on the bathtub , replace the curtain holder with other type ,big holes on the granite wall, signs of mold on the curtain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a bad experience. We had to be moved to the newest sections since the old was too old. I do not recommend this experience to anybody. And cats defecating in the aisle carpet, it was not good at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay normally i don’t wright reviews but i gotta say the photos is not what u expect once your in the room. They need a upgrade the place. While it was clean inside the room all i can say i found some hairs in the bed n sheets, the bathroom needs some upgrade saw that the walls were chipped. Now if your looking for a quick place to rest just like us i guess its okay but if your gonna stay more days i do not recommend. Other then that always read reviews before staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the place for about $50 a night on booking.com and I think it is a very good price for the quality. Breakfast was a little just so so but it was included in the price so I won't make too much of a deal about it. The hotel has many amenities and the room of was huge and I loved it. My comment if the property reads this is that the plumbing in Room 205 was a little bit old and leaked, the plug drain would not hold water well oh, and both hot and cold faucets leaked a little bit. I do recommend this property if you are in Saltillo is a good price
