N	NORMIUX RAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve 2 noches el fin de semana pasado con un grupo, el hotel es lindo, pero con muchas deficiencias en la habitaciones, lo reservamos con 2 meses de anticipación, suficiente para haber dado mantenimiento y revisado que todo funcionara, mis compañeros de grupo se quejaron por no tener agua caliente, había arañas y cucarachas en las habitaciones, se reportó con el encargado o administrador Fausto pero no hubo solución, el desayuno bueno, pero un poco caro, el personal hace su mejor esfuerzo por dar buena atención. Sus tarifas por hospedaje fueron elevados, ojalá mejoraran esos aspectos. I stayed 2 nights last weekend with a group, the hotel is nice, but with many deficiencies in the rooms, we booked it 2 months in advance, enough to have maintained and checked that everything worked, my classmates complained for not having hot water, there were spiders and cockroaches in the rooms, it was reported to the manager or administrator Fausto but there was no solution, good breakfast, but a little expensive, the staff does their best to give good attention. Their rates for lodging were high, I hope they improved those aspects.

El olor en la habitaciön, eso muy limpias (pongan tela en las ventanas). El personal muy atentos gracias, claro que regresaremos!!!! Thank you for the accommodation, the very attentive staff, only there was a lot of fly and it floated but very fte. The smell in the room, that's very clean (put cloth on the windows). Instalaciones descuidadas con mucha hojarasca y en los dos días q estuvimos no observamos que barrieran. Los juegos para los niños están oxidados y en malas condiciones. En el baño no hay toallas para ducha. Realizaron el aseo en la habitación pero hicimos carne asada un día antes y los contenedores estaban a reventar de basura igual que el bote de afuera de nuestra habitación nunca lo vaciaron siendo que llevaba días lleno. La atención de recepción dejó mucho que desear, nada amables y tampoco brindaban información del hotel Spacious rooms and good service via FB messages to reserve. Neglected facilities with a lot of litter and in the two days we were there, we did not observe them being swept. The children's games are rusty and in poor condition. There are no shower towels in the bathroom. They did the cleaning in the room but we made roast meat the day before and the containers were bursting with garbage just like the can outside our room they never emptied it being that it had been full for days. The reception service left a lot to be desired, not at all friendly and they did not provide information about the hotel

A	A. Patricia Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful secluded place clean pool and very tropical atmosphere. The only thing was the strong smell of bug spray in the rooms but it's understandable since the climate calls for mosquitos. All in all enjoyed the local staff and stay.
