R	Riisto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Scam - breakfast is NOT included! Room was very open to all noice of the city (clubs, cars, neighbors, etc) even if ours did not face the streets. Bathroom door could not be closed due to faulty installation. Good location.

Upon arrival I was told that the gas wasn't working and that I would not be able to stay at the property, but that they would find me another place to stay. After waiting two hours they gave me two options outside of the city. Both of which were not possibilities for me because I specifically needed to stay in town. So I had to book another hotel and they told me they would refund my money right away. It has now been 8 days and they have not refunded my money, they have ignored my emails, and hung up on me when I called to inquire.
A	Alejandro Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice with clean & lean rooms! Very noisy as all rooms are towards a patio. Breakfast is very simple - cereal, coffee and fruit. Greatclocatiom to visit quereraro. The parking is three blocks away so drop your luggage before heading there!
K	Kayze S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is beautiful, a short stroll to the shops and centers and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's very clean and contemporary with a minimalist feel. Because of that, the acoustics are on the loud side. You can easily hear people in the lobby and hallways. The dining area is just inside the courtyard where they have rosemary growing and in the sun the scent fills the air. I highly recommend staying here!!!
